OLTREMARE CLEANPACK SYSTEM: THE REVOLUTION IN HIGH VOLUME PACKAGING
The unique system that puts your commodities under long lasting and measurable vacuum by using the liners with the Patented Gas Exchange Valve. The valve allows you to restore the vacuum after sampling or to modify the atmosphere in the packaging at any moment. Inert conservation gases can be introduced to control bio-infestation risks and to prolong shelf life of your valuable commodities.
The system offers several advantages in quality improvement, product safety and prevention of spillage and damage during storage and transport. Conservation quality is improved since moisture and oxygen level are well controlled. Stored products pests and microorganisms are inhibited and consequently the shelf life is prolonged. The combination of lowered oxygen level and presence of inert gasses (MAP) makes traditional fumigation with toxic substances an unnecessary cost. Optimal transport as well as storage protection and food safety in the Supply Chain Management are ensured in an environmentally sound manner.
The system is composed of a powerful and high-tech computerized vacuum machine mod. CLEANPACK 2.6, complete of aspiration head, and a continuously working sealer with a stand alone sealing frame.
In addition it can be equipped with a printer for labels (complete with cutter) and a bar code reader in order to make easier the BIG BAG handling in the warehouse.
