Frequent visits on the spot by our area managers integrate and support the continuous and peculiar work of our agents. Customers are guided to the choice of the best possible solution to their processing requirements by experienced personnel constantly in touch with our technical department.
In many countries trial machines are available at the agent’s premises to carry out tests on the customer’s product.
Where this is not available, tests can be carried out at the headquarters in Italy.   


Oltremare gives the utmost importance to the after sales service.
This is organized through a dedicated department inside the company that supervises the technical assistance service and the spare parts distribution.

The technical assistance service is carried out in the major producing areas of the world by properly trained local technicians, speaking the local language and trained on the peculiarity of the local production. In many production countries Oltremare has a spare parts stock for a prompt delivery service.

"Oltremare do Brasil" in Fortaleza (Brazil) and "Oltremare Vietnam" in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) assure a prompt and qualified aftersale service respectively to Latin American and Asian customers.

Usually technical personnel from the headquarters frequently visit customers and producing areas to address and supervise the work of the local personnel.
